Kateryna Dolhalova leads the most demanding regulatory and licensing projects at AMS Europe. These include crypto, payment, and EMI licensing, corporate structuring, and cross-border engagements. Her job is to turn complex mandates into controlled delivery. First, she defines the project route. Then she coordinates legal, compliance, corporate, and technical teams, and manages communication with clients and authorities. As a result, every critical step happens in the right order and on time.
Her focus is on cases where the risk of failure is high. For example: tight deadlines, missing documents, several jurisdictions, regulator questions, and many teams working in parallel. Kateryna handles these with a structured approach. She spots bottlenecks early, controls timelines, and keeps all sides aligned. Meanwhile, the client stays informed — without carrying the operational burden. This is what allows AMS to move difficult licensing and regulatory projects forward without losing speed, quality, or accountability.
Kateryna is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Czech. Therefore, she works directly with international clients, Czech institutions, and AMS’s internal teams. Above all, she keeps complex projects moving under pressure: she resolves issues quickly, protects deadlines, and gives clients not just advice, but a managed path to completion.

Crypto & payment licensing coordination
Managing complex CASP, VASP, EMI, and payment institution licensing projects, aligning legal, compliance, corporate, and technical workstreams through each stage of the approval process.
Client coordination & communication
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, turning complex regulatory procedures into a clear action plan, keeping stakeholders aligned, and reducing the operational burden on the client side.
Multilingual client management
Working fluently in Russian, Czech, English, and Ukrainian to coordinate international clients, Czech authorities, and internal AMS teams without delays caused by language barriers or miscommunication.
Timeline & risk control
Building realistic project plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and identifying potential delays early — from missing documents and regulator questions to cross-team bottlenecks.
Process & quality assurance
Standardizing project workflows and reviewing deliverables before they reach clients or authorities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliable execution across AMS engagements.
