THE TASK
THE CHALLENGE
The client was the owner of a company registered in the Czech Republic and used for working with European clients.
Over time, the company no longer needed a physical office. However, it continued to pay for an expensive registered office address in the Czech Republic through a previous provider whose main business was office space rental.
The client wanted to keep a fully legal company registered address in the Czech Republic, reduce recurring costs, and officially register all changes in the public registers without unnecessary administrative burden.
Key Requirements:
The client needed to:
- new registered office in the Czech Republic
- no monthly payments
- official correspondence handling
- registered office change through the Commercial Register
Our Approach to Changing the Registered Office in the Czech Republic
AMS fully organised the process of changing the company’s registered office — from document preparation to registration of the changes in the Czech public registers. The client only had to provide basic company information and sign the prepared documents.
Analysis and Solution Preparation
We analysed the client’s situation, checked the company details, and proposed the Registered Office and Virtual Office in the Czech Republic service.
This solution allowed the client to obtain a new legal address in the Czech Republic for one year at a fixed annual cost, without monthly payments and without renting a physical office.
Document Preparation
The AMS team prepared the full set of documents required to register the new company address, including:
- consent of the property owner
- documents for registration of the new registered office
- necessary corporate documents
- notarised documents for the registration of changes
Registration of Changes
We fully organised the procedure for changing the registered office and ensured that the changes were registered in the Czech Commercial Register.
AMS monitored the process until the registration was completed.
Virtual Office Setup
After the registration was completed, the client received a new registered office and virtual office in the Czech Republic.
The address can be used for receiving official correspondence from public authorities, banks, business partners, and other organisations.
THE RESULT
New Registered Office in the Czech Republic With No Monthly Payments
The company received a new registered office in the Czech Republic and a virtual office without the need to rent physical premises. By switching to the Registered Office and Virtual Office service, the company reduced its maintenance costs by more than 95% compared to renting a physical office, while all changes were officially registered in the Czech Commercial Register.
CLIENT FEEDBACK:
“We wanted to reduce costs while keeping a fully legal registered office for our company. The AMS team quickly organised the change of address, prepared all documents, and took over the entire process. Everything was fast and easy.”
